Assalamu alaikum ,my name is Raygaana I am a 38 year mother of 3 beautiful kids algamdulilllah ,firstly this is hard for me to even do as I am a very private person ,but I need the support of the community ,I was a working mom,until I got sick last year ,I was admitted to hospital had some tests done to find out I have diabetic eye disease ,one of the effects of having diabetes for 20 years ,I was then put on long term sickness from my doctor as I had to undergo surgery on both my eyes as my eyesight deteriorated quite fast after me being admitted ,I then had my first surgery in March 2023 and then second surgery in June 2023 after that and post op visits o was given spectacles which allowed me to see and algamdulilllah I can type this message out which I am greatful for ,however I then had a nasty fall in October 2023 and broke my left arm which had to be operated on and a metal plate and screws had to be inserted ,which means that at this moment I am unable to take care of my kids or pay the rent ,and I have no income and no place to go ,so all I'm asking is until I get back on my feet any assistance will be greatly appreciated
