My name is Raphael Menyatswe, an orphan who lost family to HIV and tuberculosis.
I lost breadwinners thus i cannot afford to pay for the outstanding balances owed to the university.
I owe the North West University about 30000 to 50000 due to the interest charged on defaulted payments
