My name is Tembisa Ngqandu who is the mother to Qhawe Phakamisa Mani.I would like to Appeal to anyone who can help him with the outstanding fees for him to get his withheld certificate. He obtained his Diploma in Building and Construction at Walter Sisulu University of Technology in 2020 and he didn't get his certificate and the debt has accumulated with interest to R58665.00. On top of he can't be offered jobs because companies need certificate not statement of completion. Life has been so hard as he can get a job nor money to pay. I would appreciate if the donors will pay directly to his account as the debt has been handed over to lawyers.
