Personal message

For the first time in many years, I will be competing in a major cycle race. I am really privileged to be able to do this with my 13 year old son. My aim this year is not to achieve my personal best or see how many of my buddies I can win. This year the purpose is to participate for a much bigger cause; to raise funds for charity. I have joined Team GIBS who are riding the Momentum 94.7 Cycle Challenge to establish a scholarship fund, an initiative Team GIBS is committed to help build over the next 3 years. The scholarship fund will assist orphaned and vulnerable learners at Olivienhoutbosch School to access tertiary education.
