I'm Seboifeng Makhanya, mother to the talented Paballo.

Allow me to introduce Paballo Makhanya, a passionate 12-year-old athlete from Soweto, South Africa. We're reaching out for your support to help Paballo represent South Africa at the prestigious 2024 IAM World Majorettes Championships in Agen, France, from 18th to 21st August 2024.

Paballo is a remarkable athlete, having earned Provincial and National Awards within just a year of joining the Roodebeeck Majorette team in Roodepoort. The opportunity to participate in this global event, representing our country, is a dream she's been tirelessly working towards.

To make this dream a reality, we've estimated the costs involved for Paballo to attend:

• Flights & Transportation: R32,500 per person
• Accommodation & Meals: R8,500 per person
• Uniforms & Kit: R3,500 per person
• Schengen Visa: R1,500 per person
• Pocket money: R2,000 per person

The total cost per athlete attending the championships sums up to R48,000 per person, subject to the Rand/Euro exchange rate.
