My name is Natasha, a passionate and driven individual who has recently been accepted to pursue a BCom Chartered Accountancy degree at North West University (NWU) in 2024. This opportunity is a dream come true for me, and I am reaching out to seek your support in making it a reality.

I have always been dedicated to my education, earning four distinctions in my matric and maintaining an impressive average of 82%. My commitment to academic excellence has been recognized through various awards. However, despite my academic achievements, I am facing a significant challenge in funding my university studies.

I have diligently applied for numerous bursaries for which I am academically qualified. Unfortunately, my Zimbabwean nationality has been a barrier, as many bursaries primarily cater to South African citizens. This has made securing financial assistance for my studies an uphill battle.

In addition to the bursary setbacks, my family and I recently experienced a devastating fire that left us homeless. The aftermath of the fire has been a challenging journey, as we lost not only our home but also essential items such as clothes and food. Despite these hardships, I am determined to overcome the obstacles and pursue my academic aspirations.

With registration for the 2024 academic year opening on January 22nd, I urgently need approximately R12,000 for registration fees. Additionally, I am seeking support for accommodation fees (approximately R3,000), book fees (estimated at R1,500), and basic living expenses, including meals and home supplies.

I have managed to raise R2,550 through volunteer work within my community, but I still have a significant gap to fill to meet the required expenses.

I am reaching out to request your support in raising funds to kick-start my academic journey. While I am committed to covering my fees through part-time jobs during my studies, I need assistance to meet the initial financial requirements.
