Hi everyone,

This is Themba Moumi, born on February 1, 2022, a vibrant and delightful child with an extraordinary spirit. Unfortunately, Themba faces the challenges posed by a rare limb condition known as "Wolfgang syndrome," a condition that hinders his ability to walk.

Despite this obstacle, Themba exudes energy and a zest for life, cherishing every moment of play.

Imagine a child with boundless curiosity and enthusiasm, eager to engage in the simple joys of childhood. Themba, however, is confined in his ability to play and partake in the activities that most children take for granted. Remarkably, he does not perceive himself as different, yet his yearning to join his peers in their adventures is palpable.

As a devoted mother, witnessing Themba's limitations tugs at my heartstrings. My deepest desire is to see him experience the joy of walking, to revel in the everyday pleasures that many of us often overlook. The prospect of witnessing him take those first steps is not just his dream but mine as well. I long to see him embrace a life filled with normalcy and happiness.

The simplest tasks that we often take for granted, like putting on a pair of shoes, present significant challenges for Themba. It's heart-wrenching to witness his struggles, and as a mother, all I wish for is to see him don a pair of shoes and confidently take those first steps.
