I am Nomangwe Zwane, a Grade 11 student at Parktown High School for Girls in Johannesburg. I have been selected by Travel and Sport to partake in the 9th Annual Academic Achievers Tour to the USA during the October holidays in 2024 based on excellent academic achievement.
I am seeking sponsorship for the tour of which the total cost is R77 970. This amount is inclusive of flights, accommodation, travel insurance and private lectures at MIT, Harvard University, Yale University, Columbia and Princeton among other costs.
This tour would offer invaluable life experiences-both on an educational level and on a level of personal growth. I have always dreamt of travelling overseas and gaining knowledge through lived experiences and am excited to see hard work come to opportunistic fruition.
