Personal message

This year I dedicate my run, in memory of my beautiful Caysie, Jed, Reef, and all the other special kids fighting cancer.  I would like to focus on raising awareness around blood donations.

Our little cancer patients are continuously in need of blood products as treatment depletes their blood counts. I would like the public to donate blood. Find a donor centre near you by tapping on the following link https://sanbs.org.za/donor-centres/and
