THERE IS NO BETTER FEELING IN THE WORLD THAN SETTING YOURSELF A CHALLENGE AND THEN CONQUERING IT! SPORT IS ONE THING THAT BRINGS PEOPLE FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE AND BACKGROUNDS TOGETHER AND IT IS INCREDIBLE TO SHARE THOSE SPECIAL MOMENTS WITH OUR FELLOW ATHLETES AND EVEN MORE SPECIAL TO BE ABLE TO CHANGE SOMEONE ELSE'S LIFE WHILE DOING IT. 

APART FROM THE HALF IRONMAN WHICH I HAVE COMPETED IN ONCE BEFORE, I HAVE ALSO COMPLETED THE COMRADES MARATHON TWICE AND AIM TO DO MANY MORE!

This year I am competing for the benefit of the Smile Foundation.  

The Smile Foundation helps children in need of surgery for treatable facial anomalies such as cleft lip, cleft palate, nose and ear conditions, facial paralysis (Moebius Syndrome), burns and other facial conditions.
