Abi needs urgent surgery to have apendix removed. She unfortunately do not have the funds and need help. Our state hospital is not a option as most Dr's are on holiday and one must wait till January for operations.
Please help her as she is really sick and need the operation ASAP. In private hospital Dr's want they're funds before operating.
