Personal message
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.
As a Vodacom Change the World Volunteer I have been challenged to raise funds for my NPO- Afrika Tikkun by completing the 702 Walk the Talk. Each Walker has been asked to raise money to fund a family in need. It costs R2280 per family and seeing as 3 is my lucky number- I thought I would try to fund 3 families. Help me reach this goal and more.
I know we would all love to be philantropist's but sadly lack the bank balance to go with the title. Donate any amount you can and you'll have bragging rights to all your friends and family ;) even though we all know thats not what it's about at the end of the day. You'll still be stuck with a beautiful warm fuzzy feeling knowing you helped a family in need- right on your doorstep.
Please support me in this awesome challenge!
Change the world- I dare you ;)

Afrika Tikkun

Afrika Tikkun (AT) was founded in 1994 with the goal of developing and uplifting young people in disadvantaged communities resident in the Republic of South Africa. With like-minded partners, Afrika Tikkun aims to end child poverty and youth unemployment through a holistic approach that begins in early childhood and ends with productive adults accessing the economy. Our approach provides all-inclusive care (nutrition, health and social) services and helps SA’s youth achieve success with a model called Cradle-to-Career 360°, which has earned Afrika Tikkun recognition for being one of the most impactful organisations in South Africa. We operate from four centres in Gauteng and one in Cape Town.
