Personal message
This year I was reminded by a friend I never met Ironman Scott Tait about the importance to race for charity. His blog jogged my memory of the joy of running for charity when he wrote about his 2013 70.3 Ironman journey.
I love running and doing it for a cause brings me pure joy. I am yet to complete the Comrades up run and it terrifies me because I know how challenging it is. My desire is greater than my fear. Please support me in raising money as i cross the Comrades 2013 finish line in Pietermaritzburg.
