Outstanding Tertiary Fees

Good day, I hope you are well. With respect and love I just completed my studies from university of limpopo with a BSc in molecular and life sciences degree majored in Biochemistry and Chemistry. During my First year of sudies I couldn't secure funding due to late submission of documents.
However, Now I am owing the Institution R29.566.00 and unable to obtain my degree. I tried to ask for a loan from different banks but with sadness i dont meet the requirements.
I applied for Postgraduate Certificate in Education but they cannot proceed with my application due to outstanding document which is my degree Certificate.
I have been unemployed for more than 2 years now without any luck. My parents are very much disappointed and day by day they are falling under tremendous depression as some of my friends are doing very well in life.
Further more, any kind of donation would be much appreciated including advices on how to tackle the problem.
