Beagle Rescue and Support SA is run by Sonja, who cares for and rehabilitates rescued beagles until they are able to find their loving furrever homes! Being a beagle owner and lover myself, this is a cause that is very dear to my heart and if I could adopt all the beagles in the world, then I probably would. 

With the Gauteng temperatures dropping and winter fast approaching, Sonja's beagles could do with a few supplies to get by. I will be running 100km in May to raise funds for these precious pups and would appreciate a donation or two to help them out!

Beagle Rescue and support takes in unwanted beagles and tries to rehabilitate and rehome these animals.

A large majority of the unwanted are from puppy mills, so we get them in the worst state, which means they need to be spayed / neutered before we can start assessing and attempting to get them socialised and used to human interaction.

Beagles are renowned for their forgiving nature and it is due to this that we have a large success rate in getting them to a state where they learn to trust again.
