This page was created to make dreams come true, the future is the youth. We are reaching out to you to help us by contributing, no matter how small to enable us together with you to make a big impact on our community this year.
We have been supporting local youth football for around 3 decades. We are a non-profit organisation that operates yearly to help the youth grow in their sports and keep them off the streets.
We are constantly growing as an organisation and trying to provide the best experience to our kids. However, we won't be able to continue providing football for all if we don't do something about the challenges we encounter.
We have approximately 10 000 registered members, 32 teams with only 4 football sport fields. The fields is just about playable. Kids are struggling with transport and clubs barely make ends meat to register all their players. Two clubs had to close their doors due to finances. In the end, the kids were mostly affected as they now become a target for bad role models( eg. gangsters). They are no longer on the fields where they would normally enjoy to play the game.
We are hereby appealing to businesses, locally and/or internationally to donate and assist the local football association of Mitchells Plain to keep providing for the youth for today and future.
