Personal message

Having done the Ironman 70.3 Buffalo City for Ironman4thekidz, I am wanting to do whatever I can, in as many ways as I can, to motivate and inspire people to get out of their comfort zones and do something for others whilst doing something for themselves at the same time.

Being able to give back while improving my own lifestyle and my own health is not only rewarding but gives me a greater purpose to what I am doing and who I am doing it for.

Starting from nothing not even a year ago, and after suffering from various health-related issues, getting involved with Ironman, and especially my Race of Faith team, has enabled me to not only be fitter and healthier, but it has also helped me be a better person, a better husband and a better father to my own children - and what better way to stay motivated than to do all of this whilst benefiting those who are unable to do for themselves what we are able to do for them.
