To whom it may concern.
Mia is a bright little girl who lives life to her fullest and enjoys the outside world. She loves being around people and loves her animals. Mia was diagnosed with a ASD in the heart around 3 weeks old. She is a miracle baby born at 34 weeks. Mia went at the age of 5 for a catheter procedure to close the hole but unfortunately it was unsuccessful and we were told she has not just the one hole but a few. Mia is scheduled for open heart surgery the 5 of June 2024.
My Husband and I are trying our best to get help with Donations as he is the only one who is working. I was retrenched in May 2023 and I’m currently still unemployed life is hard and there is no work. My husband works hard to try support myself and our 3 girl. The Hospital is at Netcare sunninghill Sandton. We have to raise money for fuel Toll gates and what ever medical supplys needed after Mia has had her operation.We would really like to ask for help with Donation
