Personal message

Running is part of who I am ... finishing events after all the training is always a sense of achievement, but I feel that my running needs more purpose.

When I saw Rainbows and Smiles charity I was inspired to run for a purpose.

If it means my early morning training sessions and sore muscles are going to help ease the pain of a sick child or their family then every step is worth it.

I am blessed to be able to run and would love to use this ability to help those children and their families who are in need of assistance to make their lives a little easier.

Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to make a difference in someone else's life!
