"It is estimated that three out of 10 girls in South Africa miss school during their periods each month" June 2021 article in Parent24 website.
As a father of 2 teenage daughters, I cannot imagine not being able to provide the necessary sanitary items to my girls. I am therefore aiming to summit Kilimanjaro with the Umbumba foundation on Mandela day, 2024 in support of Caring4Girls.
I am however in need of Sponsorship to enable me to make an impact in other teenage girls lives.
The funds will go 100% towards my Kilimanjaro climb and the total of R100 000 will be paid over to the Umbumba foundation.

Training sessions - R8 780
Lead expedition fees to Dream Encouragers - R2 000
