Embracing the journey of pregnancy and the imminent arrival of a new life is an exhilarating experience. The anticipation of those precious pregnancy milestones and photographs, the sheer excitement of each scan to meet the little one before their grand entrance into the world—these moments are meant to overflow with joy. However, for me, this period has been undeniably stressful. The worries about where to give birth, contemplating if a public hospital is the safest choice for my baby's well-being—these concerns have overshadowed the expected excitement.

I'm Marushka van Aswegen, and I'm reaching out to my cherished family and friends for support in raising funds for the birth of my bundle of joy.
