In 2017, I received the life-altering news from a doctor at a hospital in PTA that I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer.

Despite this daunting diagnosis, I remained a hardworking individual until 2018 when a stroke, induced by a spider bite, abruptly changed the course of my life.

The doctor who attended to me following the stroke delivered a grim prognosis, informing my wife that I would never walk again...

However, against all odds, I refused to succumb to despair. Determined not to let adversity define me, I persevered. Last year brought another wave of devastating news when the doctor informed both my wife and me that the Cancer had spread to my private parts.

Now, I find myself reaching out for assistance in acquiring a wheelchair. We possessed one, but unfortunately, it was stolen at night. Circumstances compelled us to leave it outdoors, as my wife diligently washed it for me. Upon stepping outside one morning, we were met with the disheartening sight of an empty space where my means of mobility once stood.

I humbly seek your support in obtaining a wheelchair, a vital tool that significantly impacts the quality of my daily life. The loss of our previous wheelchair has only intensified the challenges we face. Your generosity will not only restore my ability to move independently but will also serve as a beacon of hope during this challenging chapter of my life.
