Mark and Annie Lemmon are always first to lend a helping hand, whether it be information and guidance on exercise plans, running shoes, bicycles, relationship advise, money or anything and everything you can think of.

They happily, welcome newbies with open arms, giving guidance and encouragement the whole way, hanging back so thatyou not left behind and teaching you, as you go.

Annie, often gets into "trouble" from Mark on training rides, as she's always making sure that no one is dropped and hangs back for them.

Two weeks ago, Annie's beloved triathlon bike was stolen, due to certain clauses, the insurance company is only paying a small amount.

This campaign is to raise funds for a new triathlon bike for Annie, so that she can once again race and podium, as she has done so many times before.

The funds raised will be used to buy bicycle parts, for Mark to build a new racing baby for Annie.

Every little bit, irrespective of how small, helps towards reaching our goal.

I have set it up that the donations will go directly into Mark's account.

It is now our time to give back to the Lemmons.
