In 2015 the unthinkable happened my stepfather who was the sole provider and only spouse in the house that was working suddenly passed away and my mom with no income was left alone , already living in an rdp house and at that stage  not yet receiving old age grant from the goverment the bills fell behind and the accounts kept on pilling up. As a reslult the municipality  blocked the option to buy prepaid electricity  until my moms water bill was settled , so my mom is currently living all alone  without electricity , im creating this account to help her get the lights back on
