Martin Potgieter is my life partner who I deeply love and care for. He is a good person with a big hart and will do anything for anyone that needs help. Never will it be too much trouble.
Unfortunately, we cannot afford medical aid, and after enduring five childhood eye surgeries, his eyesight has deteriorated significantly. He urgently needs a cornea transplant to improve his vision and witness his young children grow up. We are seeking funds for the operation, potential aftercare, and the chance of a second transplant if needed.
