Personal message

We are 15 passionate runners ( with 91 Two Oceans Ultras and 123 Comrades Marathons between us) who use this challenge to keep each other and ourselves motivated during lockdown. We will be running at least 6.7km in relay format on the hour every hour for 7 days. We will complete 168 x 6.7km giving us 700 miles in the 7 days. We are running promoting mental health, especially during these testing times. Structure and discipline are of utmost importance for anybody struggling with mental health problems like ADHD, depression and anxiety. With this challenge, we hope to show how we are keeping disciplined and motivated through structure and friendships. We are raising funds for Goldilocks and The Bear Foundation, who works with children from underprivileged communities, struggling with mental health problems.
