Personal message
2018 is the year to do great things, to run up mountains, swim oceans, cycle roads less travelled.
This is the year that I have decided to push my limits and help as many people as I can at the same time.
I will be running the 2 Oceans marathon this year with my chosen charity Rainbows and Smiles, an organization I feel is a real care giver to families and children that suffer day in and day out with the biggest life threat of them all, Cancer.
It’s time to kick cancers butt. Help support this cause by pushing me to greatness on this adventure.

The mission of Rainbows and Smiles is to provide emotional, social and financial support to families and caregivers in need when a child or children of that family is diagnosed with a life threatening illness such as cancer. In addition, Rainbows and Smiles encourage childhood cancer awareness to educate in the hope of promoting early detection.
