I'm in seriously urgent need of assistance to get my brother to pay up his outstanding varsity fees to enable him to register his second year of varsity. Our mother passed away in 2011 from cancer. My stepfather, my brothers' father has been unable to, or in actual fact refused to pay for any of my or my brothers' fees. My other brother managed to obtain a bursary to be able to complete his studies and my grandmother put me through varsity with her pension money. All I need is for some assistance with his outstanding fees so he can register and I can try to see where to get funding for this year's fees.
