In 2023, I successfully completed all requirements for my Bachelor of Arts at the University of Pretoria.
However, I am will not be receiving my certificate or celebrating my graduation with the rest of the 2023 graduating class due to outstanding fees.
I was on NSFAS but due to the funding caps implemented by NSFAS in the beginning of 2023, the cost of tuition and residence fees were only partially covered by the bursary. I could not, and still cannot, afford to cover the rest of the cost which has now left me in this position.
I am therefore, appealing to anyone who can, to please help with donations so I can settle this debt and graduate in time, with the rest of my graduating class.
All funds raised through this campaign will be used to pay off my debt to the university.
Additionally, funds raised will be used to pay the registration fee for my Honours degree at the University of Pretoria.
The academic year begins on the 19th of February, so the money for the registration fee is needed by the 15th.
Any help, through donations and sharing, will be greatly appreciated.
