We are Wimari and Lee-Ann, a same-sex couple embarking on an extraordinary journey - the journey to parenthood. Our path has been marked by challenges, but our determination to become loving parents remains unwavering.

After grappling with fertility hurdles, we have turned to IVF as our beacon of hope. Dr. Richard Joubert, an esteemed specialist in Nelspruit, is the guiding light in our quest to conceive a child. However, IVF comes with a substantial financial burden, one that we cannot shoulder alone.

For us, the dream of starting a family transcends obstacles, including Wimari's blocked fallopian tubes. Our exploration of alternative options, including IUI, has led us here - to the reality of needing your support to make our dream a reality.

The estimated cost of IVF treatment, encompassing Dr. Joubert's fees, hospital and lab expenses, anesthesia, and vital medications, totals R85,000. Additionally, we need to procure two sperm straws from the Androcryos sperm bank, amounting to an additional R7,000.
