Help Laryne Lift in Thailand

 Hi everyone!

Exciting news—I've been honored to qualify for the Weightlifting World Cup in Phuket, Thailand, a crucial Olympic qualifying event!

The competition is set to run from March 31 to April 11, 2024, and I can hardly contain my excitement about representing South Africa once again on the global stage. This marks my third appearance, and the thrill of this opportunity is beyond words.

Countless hours of hard work have gone into preparing for this, and I'm eagerly looking forward to making my country, family, and all my incredible supporters proud. Competing among the world's best athletes is a dream come true!

Here's where I could use a little assistance—this trip is entirely self-funded. I'm reaching out to anyone who can offer support to make this journey possible for both me and my coach. The costs include my flight, accommodation, and meals provided by the IWF, as well as entry and admin fees. We're also covering half of my coach's expenses to ensure we achieve the best possible results on the platform.
