DEPRESSION & ANXIETY IS A REAL THREAT TO MEN'S HEALTH
More than 40% of Men won't talk about their Mental Health, so we'll ride to create the awareness we need.
I'm planning to ride my motorcycle 1670km in 24 hours to raise funds through Back-a-Buddy on behalf of SADAG (South African Depression & Anxiety Group).
This Lam Gat ride will take place in KZN, riding from Amanzimtoti to Pongola (N2), then back to Durban (N2) and up to Harrismith (N3) and back to Durban (N3). The final leg will run from Durban to Port Edward (N2) and back to Amanzimtoti.
