Personal message
Hi everyone,
We are majorette athletes that are based in KwaZulu-Natal. There are 6 junior athletes and 3 senior athletes that have been chosen to represent South Africa at the IAM Majorette World Cup, to be help in Agen, France in July 2024.
We have recently joined the Federation of Dance, Drill, Cheerleading and Majorette Sport of South Africa. Our federation allows all ages and genders to compete in various disciplines. This sport teaches our athletes many skills and abilities, as we are able to interact with people of many ages, learn time management skills and develop holistically.
We are privileged and proud to have been part of the many athletes to have been selected to represent South Africa in July 2024 in Agen, France. Whilst being selected is a privilege, it also comes with a great financial responsibility. Each athletes has to raise a total of R48 000 to pay for their travel cost, accommodation, meals, uniforms and visa applications.
We are appealing to any individuals, and businesses to please assist us in raising these funds to allow us to live our dream and be apart of this amazing once in a lifetime opportunity. All funds raised will be divided amongst the KZN athletes and assist us in getting one step closer to our dream.
