We have an opportunity to take 6 of our senior boys at the Character Company on an unforgettable and once in a lifetime adventure trip to the Kruger National Park with a qualified guide.  Due to the nationwide lockdown, our plans to get the boys to fundraise for the event could not happen and now that the ban was lifted on travel we have a limited time to make this trip a reality for these young men.  The trip will run over 6 days and include overnight stops at Balule Camp, Olifants Camp, Mopani Camp, Tsendze Camp & Punda Maria Camp.

These 6 boys have been looking forward to this adventure for months and with all the other uncertainty in their lives as a result of the lockdown it will be a huge investment in their lives.  The impact of the lock-down on our children has been devastating.  The feedback from our moms shows us that anger and depression rated high on the list of emotions that our children are experiencing.  These boys will have the opportunity to travel outside of the small confines of what their lives have become during lockdown, get to experience of the the greatest gifts that South Africa get to offer - namely the Kruger National Park and have two of the Character Company's MENtors speaking into their lives for the duration of the trip.  It is these kinds of experiences that build memories that build character.

The trip cost is calculated for 2 MENtors and 6 Boys and consist of the following;
R5,000 - Kruger National Park Campsite costs
R4,800 - Petrol for two vehicles
R500 - toll gates
R5,000 - Food
R4,000 - Conservation fees
