This swimming princess is doing my first big sea crossing! Hopefully no sharks! Some sea turtles! Small waves! African sunshine! LEKKER!

Excited to be part of this group of mad swimmers for such a special East African swim! We will be swimming the 35km Swahili Channel (yes you read right – 35KM!! MAL MENSE!) from Zanzibar island to Tanzania mainland in relay sessions on the 10th of October. It will go ‘pole pole’ (slow slow) as I am one of the slower swimmers, but that will not damper enthusiasm or swimming spirit! The swim is in aid to raise charity funds for a children charity organisation in Tanzania. Any donations towards our swim will be very greatly appreciated! Baie Baie Dankie!
