Welcome to "Kennels for Kindess", a heartfelt initiative by the Germiston & Bedfordview SPCA! Our goal is to raise R50,000 this December to renovate and upgrade 70 kennels, providing a safe and comfortable haven for the animals in our care.
These kennels, worn by time and weather, not only need a facelift for aesthetic purposes but, more importantly, for the health and safety of our furry friends. With your support, we can transform these spaces into nurturing environments, ensuring that previously owned and now unwanted, stray, or neglected animals receive the care they deserve.

The primary function of the Germiston Bedfordview SPCA is the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. We educate our community on how to best care for their pets, investigate cruelty complaints, and where required, prosecute under the Animals Protection Act.
We are a registered non-profit non-government organization affiliated to the National Council of SPCA’s.
We receive no governmental funding and rely solely on financial support from the community.
