This is Jake, He is a five year old German schnauzer. The family is currently moving away for medical reasons and would love their fur baby to join them. If we are able to raise these funds he will be able to live a long and fulfilled life in the country side without the trauma of being re-homed or put down. He has been re-homed once before and we would hate for him to go through that all over again. I hope that deep down you can find it in your heart to help towards this cause in helping us keep this family whole.
