Personal message

Hi Guys,

As you may know I have previously been involved with an extremely commendable and well-known Charity Organisation called Ma Afrika Tikkun.

MaAfrika Tikkun is a non-governmental non-profit organisation that works toward the transformation of South African communities by caring for vulnerable children and orphans in townships. MaAfrika Tikkun registered as a Black Economic Empowerment company in 2006 and we have a multiracial and multicultural team. We foster empowerment by providing holistic services focused on caring for children ranging from one year to 19 years of age, as well as their guardians. For more info on MaAfrika Tikkun, please visit www.maafrikatikkun.org.za

I feel a great sense of affinity and adoration for MaAfrika Tikkun and have decided to assist their fundraising team by participating in the up-and-coming Discovery 702 Walk the Talk, which is being held on the 25th of July 2010. We are aiming to raise R20,000 for MaAfrika Tikkun. I think this will be an excellent way to give back... or as they say, pay it forward.

Sponsoring us and donating to MaAfrika Tikkun is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe on this site. Your details will never be sold and we will never send you unwanted emails. Once you donate, your contribution is sent directly to MaAfrika Tikkun, so it’s the most efficient way to donate and sponsor us. So please dig deep and donate now...

Wishing you Love and Light...

Charity Default Logo

Afrika Tikkun (AT) was founded in 1994 with the goal of developing and uplifting young people in disadvantaged communities resident in the Republic of South Africa. With like-minded partners, Afrika Tikkun aims to end child poverty and youth unemployment through a holistic approach that begins in early childhood and ends with productive adults accessing the economy. Our approach provides all-inclusive care (nutrition, health and social) services and helps SA’s youth achieve success with a model called Cradle-to-Career 360°, which has earned Afrika Tikkun recognition for being one of the most impactful organisations in South Africa. We operate from four centres in Gauteng and one in Cape Town.
