Join me on an inspiring journey as i hike across Africa to raise awareness for arthritis. This solo hiking expedition will take me through the breathtaking landscapes of Africa, from the towering mountains to the vast savannahs. Along the way, I will be sharing stories and insights about arthritis, a condition that affects millions of people around the world. My goal is to spread awareness and promote a better understanding of this chronic illness. So come along and witness the beauty of Africa while supporting a great cause. I only need a small portion of the funds for gear, visas and supplies along the way, all the rest of the funds raised will be donated to the arthritis foundation.
I'm currently suffering from secondary osteoarthritis in my SI joint,hips, lower back, right shoulder and left wrist. This is going to be quite a bit of a challenge but I know that I'll reach my goal and dream.
