Joel Joseph has been supporting Rainbows and Smiles with his older two brothers for 4 years now. Joel has decided he is old enough to give of his own to Rainbows and Smiles and create more awareness by swimming open water for a cause and to create awareness and having fun at the same time:
“I’m a young, healthy boy and I have my whole life ahead of me, I need to help children with cancer have the best life they can have while they still can. I hope to grow old supporting Rainbows and Smiles”.

In addition, Rainbows and Smiles encourage childhood cancer awareness to educate in the hope of promoting early detection.
