Goldilocks and The Bear Foundation is a non-profit organisation that offers free ADHD and mental health screening and early intervention services in underprivileged communities. As someone who was diagnosed with ADHD at a very late stage in their life, I know all of the struggles that come with being undiagnosed. This charity speaks to me personally as they spread awareness of ADHD and offer mental health screenings in underprivileged communities.
