Dear friends and compassionate supporters,

I am reaching out to you with a heavy heart and a plea for help on behalf of my daughter, Janine Jooste. Recently, Janine was admitted to the hospital under alarming circumstances that have left our family in shock and desperation. Initially thought to be a case of food poisoning, her condition took a turn for the worse, and extensive tests revealed a complex and unidentified illness. The medical bills have swiftly accumulated, and at this stage, we are grappling with a daunting financial burden of almost R250,000.

As a mother witnessing her daughter endure such a mysterious and life-threatening illness, the weight of helplessness is indescribable. Janine has been diagnosed with cancer in her liver and kidney, with further tests pending for lymph nodes and a perplexing lung lesion. The unknown nature of her condition has left us in limbo, anxiously awaiting answers and a viable treatment plan.

It is crucial to me that we raise the necessary funds to alleviate the overwhelming financial strain on our family. The funds collected will be used for Janine's mounting medical bills, ongoing tests, and any potential treatment plans recommended by her medical team.
