On that dreaded Monday, a heart-wrenching incident unfolded when an intruder forcefully broke down the gates of Siya's house, endangering the lives of his beloved pets. In a courageous attempt to protect her siblings, Alice, a highly trained dog, valiantly led them away from harm but tragically suffered severe injuries in the process. Witnessing the excruciating pain she endured, with blood staining the scene and a bone protruding from her front right leg, was utterly devastating. Without a moment's hesitation, we rushed Alice to the veterinarian where she now requires an extended stay and an operation that unfortunately exceeds our financial means.
