The Sabrina Love Foundation has been chosen by the Pennypinchers Adventure Racing Team as its charity for whom they hope to raise funds and awareness for during the year. They are one of the main donors to Die Sterreweg Day care Centre in Plettenberg Bay. In the centre 24 children between the ages of 0 and 14 years with various "special needs" are looked after and fed two meals a day. These children have with the help of this centre been allowed to be children again. They have learned to sing and clap hands and learn simple life skills. The raw joy that these special kids showed when I was there last week is unbelieveable considering how challenging their lives are. We want to be able to help these kids continue to live life to the fullest.Help us to help them by donating on this easy to use website.During the year we will be hosting variuos events of which some of the proceeds will be donated to this worthy charity. For the Team it is a great oppurtuinty to give back a little for the great oppurtuinities we are given every time we step out side and race or train.

Sabrina Love

The Sabrina Love Foundation started in 2003, was set up to honour the memory of Sabrina Lubner, daughter of Tony and Suzy. Sabrina was born with a rare bone disorder and after 7 short years, following intensive support from professionals, family and friends, she passed away. Currently, there are over 60 children receiving daily support from the program, including a day-care centre housing an additional 27 children providing expert professional care, daily meals, parental support and a teacher training course.
