2023 will be my 6th running of Comrades Marathon, and this year I have been crazy enough to train and go for a Silver Medal! While I have been lucky enough to remain uninjured and healthy, running this pace for this distance is no small feat!

However, this will be easy compared to what any parent, sibling, family member or friend has to go through facing cancer. Not having been affected by cancer directly in my family, I want to grow awareness and show support for those who battle this daily! 

Let's beat cancer, and I'll try beat my PB.

Please help me raise funds for Rainbows and Smiles and the children they support. Because no-one can fight cancer alone.”
