My name is Imaad Ebrahim, a passionate and dedicated 15-year-old Mixed Martial Arts MMA fighter from Highlands Estate, Cape Town.

I am writing to seek your support for an opportunity that not only represents my personal dream but also the chance to bring pride to our community and the sport of MMA at a national level.

I am thrilled to share that I have been selected to represent our province in the upcoming National MMA Championship in Durban this April 2024. This selection is a testament to my hard work, dedication, and the potential I have demonstrated in the sport at a young age. Competing at this level is a crucial step for my growth as an athlete and an invaluable opportunity to showcase my skills on a prestigious platform.

However, to make this dream a reality, I am in need of financial support.

The cost to participate in the national championships is R30,000, covering:

• Travel costs
• Accommodation 
• Training
• Equipment
• Competition fees.

It is a significant amount that poses a challenge for me and my family to afford without assistance.
