I trust you are all well. My name is Hlayisani Rihlampfu, and I am reaching out to you with both excitement and a humble plea for support. I recently completed my Honours degree, a significant milestone in my educational journey. However, I find myself facing a financial barrier that threatens to hinder my pursuit of a Master's program.
During my Honours degree, I applied for financial aid, but unfortunately, my application was unsuccessful. As a result, I now have a outstanding debt to the university amounting to R81723 (approximately $4372.52). This debt has become a formidable obstacle preventing me from registering for my Master's program.
The year 2020 to 2022 was marked by an exhaustive job hunt, yielding no success. Despite my best efforts, securing employment proved challenging. Recognizing the importance of furthering my education, I am determined to pursue a Master's degree, as it significantly enhances my prospects of finding meaningful employment.
While I have applied for funding for the current academic year, it's disheartening to note that even if successful, it won't cover my existing historical debt. This is where I humbly seek your support.
