Hilda Freeman is a hardworking and dedicated lady. Her passion in life is working with children and she is currently a teacher at Little Clovers Educare in East London.
Sadly Hilda lives with extreme pain daily as a result of being in dire need of a hip replacement.
Due to Covid, there is a backlog at our local government hospital, putting her at number 1037 on the list to have the procedure done. According to Doctors within the hospital, it is going to take years and years before she reaches the front of the queue.
Hilda is currently walking with a crutch and is unable to perform effectively at work. The constant medication she is forced to take to get through each day is affecting her body negatively and therefore Little Clovers Educare, parents of the school and many others are trying to raise funds for her, towards having the surgery done as soon as possible at a private hospital.
All money raised will be used to pay for the hospital and hip replacement surgery, per quotations received.
This procedure will be life changing for Hilda! If you are able to assist, no matter how big or small, please do. Every cent is appreciated and 1 step closer to reaching our goal!
