Please support my first attempt at riding a bike since my pink BMX at age 8.
I have visited the Smile hospital in Johannesburg and seen the impact of the work done by Smile. They help kids wth face paralysis, cleft palates and cleft lips. These children are often kept hidden by ther families due to their conditions. Smile offers them a new lease on life!
