Help Graham Fight Bronchiectasis

For those unfamiliar with my situation, I currently reside in a Care house in Despatch, South Africa. I am dealing with a terminal lung condition called Bronchiectasis with Fibrosis (stage 4). This chronic lung ailment results in the swelling of the walls of the tubes inside my lungs, leading to the accumulation of mucus and restricting airflow. To put it simply, it feels like breathing through a straw rather than a hosepipe. At present, I am functioning with only 30% lung capacity, and my body has undergone a significant weight loss, from 110kg to 51kg.

Despite being on the maximum assistance available through the state system, which includes pumps, tablets, and nebulizer solutions, there are numerous other medications and supplements that I require, but I cannot access them through the state healthcare system. I currently rely on Sassa, which covers my monthly rent for the care home, providing basic caregiver assistance, three meals, and essential amenities.

To sustain my health, I need approximately R3000 each month for medication, protein-based foods to combat my weight loss, and protein supplements. These essential supplements, such as a 1kg supplement from Clicks for R280, are crucial for my well-being. The cost of medication varies based on what I can obtain from our state healthcare system. I am permanently on O2, using an Oxyflo5 oxygen machine, which has significantly improved my chest condition since its installation in October.
